Drink Milk and Lose Weight
According to research from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, drinking milk help to reduce weight. Apparently a protein in milk called casein allows one to feel full longer by delaying stomach emptying. In fact, the study participants were 41% less hungry overall by drinking milk. Other studies have demonstrated that casein is also good at promoting anti-hunger hormones. In another Dutch study, researchers showed that a milk protein called leucine forces the body to burn more calories. French researchers also found that women who has 3.6 servings of dairy daily lost twice as much belly fat as women who averaged only 1.8 servings per day. It was stated that the components in dairy instructs the body to burn excess fat at a faster rate.
