The study found that the subject's stress was erased after drinking the tea regularly. Matcha is a finely milled Japanese green tea. Matcha green tea contains roughly 10 times the healthy nutrients of regular green tea. The tea is high in polyphenol EGCG, which repairs liver damage and protects the liver from further insult.
